Industries, Auto dealers

Collections handled, compliance covered, cars still selling.

For Buy Here Pay Here and Lease Here Pay Here dealers, the loan is only half the business. We run the collections and the back office behind it, so payments come in on time and your team stays on the lot.

Where the time goes

Payments posted wrong turn good accounts bad

When a payment lands on fees before principal, or on the wrong bucket entirely, a customer who paid on time shows up delinquent. Late fees get charged that shouldn't be, and the account starts down a path nobody intended. Federal examiners have flagged exactly this pattern across auto servicing.

Titles and lien releases go quiet

A lien stays alive until somebody actively clears it. Payoffs happen, the release never gets requested, and the problem only surfaces when a customer tries to sell or trade and the title won't move.

The insurance gap nobody sees

A policy lapses and the collateral is uninsured until someone notices. If the car is totaled inside that window, the loan is unsecured and the loss is yours. The gap is an admin problem, not a credit problem.

Thin deal jackets surface at the worst time

A missing contract, notice, or signature is invisible until a funding review or a state inspection. Then one incomplete file turns a routine account into an argument you have to win with paperwork you don't have.

Repo admin eats the week

Case creation, agent assignment, device pings, storage lot paperwork, and post repossession notices are constant work, separate from the recovery itself, and they pile onto whoever is already busiest.

Lenders want cleaner numbers than before

Capital providers are asking harder questions about portfolio data than they used to. If your reporting is assembled by hand each month, that scrutiny costs you time you don't have.

What we run for you

We already know your stack

Most of the damage we find isn't fraud or bad luck. It's a system set up wrong years ago and never corrected. Our team works in these platforms every day, so we come in, fix the configuration, bring it to how the industry actually runs it, and then staff it continuously rather than learning on your account.

What changes

What owners ask about buy here pay here and lease here pay here

Who actually calls my customers?

The AI calling handles scheduled contact: payment reminders, taking a payment when the customer is ready to make one, and a handoff to a live agent when they want to speak to a person. The account work behind those calls is ours too, so posting, title and insurance chasing, repossession case admin and portfolio reporting. What we don't do is route consumer collection calls to an offshore desk. If you want a different arrangement, say so on the call and we'll tell you what we would and wouldn't take on.

Where does the compliance responsibility sit?

With you. You're the creditor and the furnisher, and that doesn't change because we run the desk. What changes is the record behind you. Every contact and action is logged with a timestamp. Contact timing is tracked against the rules that apply where you lend. Deal jackets get checked for the documents that are supposed to be in them. Metro 2 data is accuracy checked before it goes out, because a furnishing error costs far more to unwind than to prevent. We don't give legal advice and we don't set your policy. If we find something in your setup that wouldn't survive an examination, you hear it from us.

Do you work in my DMS, or do I send you files?

In your systems, on logins you create and control. You get a roster of everyone on your account, their role, and the date their login was made. When somebody comes off the account, access is removed that day and the roster is updated. Nothing is exported to a personal device. One thing worth saying plainly: most of what we find wrong is configuration, not fraud. Payment allocation set up years ago and never corrected. We fix the setup first and then staff it, rather than working around it every month.

Do you replace my collections person?

Either way works. If you have someone, we take the volume they never reach: the scheduled contact on every account, the posting, the title and insurance chase, the repo admin. They keep the accounts that need a relationship and the judgment calls. If they have gone, we take the desk. Either way you get a written list of every task we own, one named person who answers for it, and a weekly report.

What happens in the first thirty days?

Day one, the agreement is signed and access is set up. In the first week we pull your delinquency aging, your posting rules, your title and insurance exceptions and your contact rates, and hand you a one page baseline of what we actually found. Weeks two to four we take the daily queues and write the procedure for each task, so it doesn't live in one person's head. At thirty days you see the baseline against the current numbers and decide what we take next.

What will you never do?

We don't decide what happens to a particular customer's car. We keep the device records, the consent paperwork and the case files in order. The call on a repossession or a starter interrupt is yours. We don't furnish credit data we haven't accuracy checked. We don't set your policy, and we don't take on work your state or your capital provider doesn't allow.
