Waitlist privacy notice
How we handle your email on the waitlist
PPTC Group is not open yet. The only information we collect right now is what you give the launch waitlist. This notice explains exactly what that means. A full privacy policy will follow when the site launches.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you submit the waitlist form.
- A record that you gave consent (the checkbox), so we can show it was given.
We do not ask for your name, company, or any other detail at this stage.
Why we collect it
For one purpose only: to email you once, when PPTC Group launches. We will not send marketing, sell your address, or share it beyond the processors below.
Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR): your consent.
Who processes it
- Resend — our email platform, stores the waitlist and sends the launch email.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and provides bot protection (Turnstile) on the form.
These providers act on our instructions as data processors. We add no advertising or cross-site trackers.
How long we keep it
Until launch, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. After the launch email is sent, addresses that have not opted in to further contact are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your address, or withdraw consent, at any time. The launch email will also include a one-click unsubscribe. To make a request now, email [email protected].
